Our vision

The best way to explain the vision we have for Kersbrook Hill Wines & Cider is through our motto:“Quality, Imagination, Style”.

We aim to produce wines of the highest possible quality, in a style that is truly distinctive, providing both the connoisseur and the everyday drinker with an experience to remember.

To achieve this, we have limited vineyard fruit production to a maximum of 3 tonnes per acre (and less than half a tonne in the case of “Don’s Acre”). This results in fruit with exceptional flavour and intensity, producing wines that align with our vision.

We also enjoy experimenting with new and different styles to create “small batch” wines that capture the imagination and delight the senses. Many of these unique releases are only available through our cellar door.
